15 Malaysia - House

15 Malaysia has been rolling for some times now. I didn't put it up in my blog until now. Watched this episode 'House', it really did reflect what is happening in the society in Malaysia. Let's watch the movie 1st and I will try to explain why the poor in Malaysia will remain even poorer and the poor in China will become the rich one day in the future.

Now, you have seen the movie right? What did you think would happened to that poor Indian family in the end? They have lost their house, virtually everything without a penny of compensation from the developer. Malaysia is a democratic country and you can't do a thing about it! Because the developer has acquired a legal document and that piece of land belongs to them and they have the rights to evict you out of your own house. Now that's the case in Malaysia.

So let us venture into mainland China. It's a communist country, all lands belongs to the government. In this case, it provides better humanity than other democratic countries. Believe me not? When the government are to pick a land for development, all existing resident will have to make way for the project. And the government will compensate the residents with loads of money, exactly the market value of the land to everyone. And the poor suddenly will become the rich. You get it now?
